Tunalojifunza kutoka kwenye Qur’an na hadithi sahihi za Mtume (S.A.W) ni kuwa, kwanza elimu ni zana ya msingi ambayo muislamu hana budi kuwa nayo ili aweze kuishi maisha ya kiislamu na kuwa Khalifa wa Allah (S.W) hapa duniani.
Uislamu haubagui elimu ya dini na elimu ya dunia, kila fani ya elimu inayomuwezesha mwanadamu kufikia lengo la kuletwa kwake hapa duniani kama khalifa wa Allah (S.W) ni ya kujifunza.

Quran Memorization Charitable Trust (QMCT) is a Tanzania-based Trust with its headquarters at Vikindu town located a few kilometres from Dar es Salaam. It is a Non-Profit Making organization with a mission of supporting the community in the areas of Education and Health. Islamic theqaaf (ethics) and therefore Muslem prosperity on this planet and hereafter depend entirely on how the generation/children are brought up.
In its newly stages it begun as Darul-Quran (Centre for Quran Studies and Memorizing). The plan though was to offer a combined approach of nurturing students with both religious studies for aqeedah and secular studies for mastering the environment.
This was stationed at Dar es Salaam in the year 2002. Darul Quran later grew to form Ibn Jazary Islamic Centre at Victoria in 2006. Then the QMCT management secured a huge area of land at Vikindu just off Dar es Salaam City which triggered the growth plans and therefore the centre was moved to Vikindu town Coastal Region.
